Let SocksFox Help You Wrap Your Gifts
Select our Gift Box and Wrap service and we at SocksFox will either place your ordered items in tissue paper into a luxury matt-silver box or hand-wrap in luxurious wrapping paper.
Gifts can be delivered to an address of your choice. You can even add a personalised message, just put your message in the ‘Customer Notes’ box whilst checking out and we will write the message on a card to put in with your gift.
Please note the selection of a box or wrapping paper to wrap an order in is at the discretion of SocksFox. How an order is wrapped will depend on factors such as the size, shape and quantity of items ordered.
Dispatch Timeframes
SocksFox aims to dispatch items the same or next working day. If demand exceeds our stock holding dispatch may be delayed by around 7 working days. If this applies to your order or there is an availability issue we will be in touch by email.
At SocksFox, offering an extensive range of styles, colours and sizes at competitive prices to customers in both the UK and Worldwide is what sets us apart from many other retailers. To be able to do this we are unable to hold in stock all items all of the time and in our experience most customers are happy to wait. If immediate dispatch is a priority for you please contact us for current availability.
Delivery Charges
SocksFox delivers orders Worldwide with free delivery UK and Worldwide delivery being available. Select your shipping country at checkout and the delivery cost for your order will be displayed.
UK Orders - Orders £75 or under cost £3.50. Delivery is free for all UK Orders over £75.
Europe & Rest of the World - Orders £250 or under cost for Europe and ROW is is calculated based on the desitination and order weight. Delivery is free for all Europe & Rest of the World Orders over £250.

60 Day Returns
If, for any reason you would like to return your order, items can be returned within 60 days of receipt with your proof of purchase for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn with tags attached and the packaging undamaged and complete. Please note that return postage for items you choose to return will not be refunded. Goods are refunded within 7 days, usually much sooner.
In the unlikely event of your items arriving damaged or being faulty we will replace the item, or issue a refund if you prefer. Please let us know immediately by email [email protected] or call our helpline +44 (0) 1775 761045. Return postage will be refunded for damaged, faulty items or if we have made an error.
