60 Day Hassle Free Returns & Cancellation Terms

 

We believe you will be delighted with the items you have ordered from SocksFox. However If, for any reason you would like to cancel or return all or part of your order the following information will help make this as hassle free as possible.

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel an order at any time, in full or part, that has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel your order either contact us by email or telephone. Providing us with your name, order number and date of order helps us to process your cancellation and process a refund quickly.

If goods have already been dispatched to you, then you will need to return the goods to receive a refund, please see below for more information on how to return goods to SocksFox. 

Returning Items/Orders 

You may return any items for whatever reason, even if you just change your mind, as long as you send them back within 60 days of receiving them. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn with tags attached and the packaging undamaged and complete.  Please return items to us enclosing proof of purchase and a note with your name, order number, date of order and reason for return.

When returning goods, we strongly advise using a tracked service and obtaining proof of postage. If you choose to return items using a courier and/or expedited service, prior approval from SocksFox is required. Without such approval, we will only refund return shipping costs equivalent to those of a standard tracked service.

The cost of return postage for faulty or damaged items will be refunded to you, return postage for items you choose to return will not be refunded.

SocksFox Gift Cards are non-returnable & cannot be refunded.

Returning from Overseas, when returning any goods from overseas, please clearly mark the package on the outside with 'RETURNED GOODS'  Unfortunately if any incoming customs charges are incurred as a result of this message not being added a charge will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs incurred by us.  

Returns due to refusing a delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of and pay any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. If a customer refuses to pay these charges and the order is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus a processing/admin fee of £5 per item, with a minimum fee of £20 charged, to help cover the original shipping costs and handling.  If other costs are incurred in addition, these will also be deducted from the refund. 

United States Additional Returns Information, for US orders customs duties and import taxes collected at checkout are non-refundable in the event of a return, as these charges are levied by customs authorities and are not recoverable by us.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event of your products arriving damaged or being faulty we will replace the product, or issue a refund if you prefer.

Please contact us immediately to advise us of the problem.  To help us investigate we often ask for images to be sent to us of the goods in  relation to the issue.  Images need to be of a high quality to enable us to clearly review any issue.  

Return postage will be refunded for damaged, faulty items or if we have made an error.

Ordering the wrong size, a colour or material not being to your liking does not mean that the item is classed as being faulty.

Return Postage

Please note that return postage for faulty or damaged items will be refunded, whereas return postage for unsuitable items will not.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed once the returned goods have been safely received and inspected. 

Please note that for any items returned if the new total order amount does not now qualify for any discount that was applied to the original order, the discount amount originally applied will be offset against the processed refund.

Payments are refunded back to you via the method you used to make the initial purchase. Refunds are processed within 7 days, usually much sooner.

Your Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
