To prevent laddering or hole formation, Zimmerli recommends placing the articles in a washing bag in the machine.

UK Orders - Orders £75 or under cost £3.50. Delivery is free for all UK Orders over £75.
Europe & Rest of the World - Orders £250 or under cost for Europe £15 and ROW is £20. Delivery is free for all Europe & Rest of the World Orders over £250.

60 Day Returns
If, for any reason you would like to return your order, items can be returned within 60 days of receipt with your proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn with tags attached and the packaging undamaged and complete. Please note that return postage for items you choose to return will not be refunded. Goods are refunded within 7 days, usually much sooner.
In the unlikely event of your items arriving damaged or being faulty we will replace the item, or issue a refund if you prefer. Please let us know immediately by email [email protected] or call our helpline +44 (0) 1775 761045. Return postage will be refunded for damaged, faulty items or if we have made an error.
