How do I make a complaint?

If the query is about an existing order then please have your order number handy.
We don’t currently subscribe to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme as we are very confident that we will resolve any complaints professionally and courteously.
If you’ve been in contact with us and are still unhappy with our resolution, please let us know. If you remain unhappy with any final resolution, we are required to let you know about ADR. More information about ADR and a full list of providers can be found on the CTSI (Chartered Trading Standards Institute) website. The list of ADR providers is regulated by the CTSI.
